About The Position

As the 19th Hole Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in our casual yet refined clubhouse restaurant. Overlooking daily operations, you’ll lead the service team with energy and professionalism, ensuring members and guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience after their time on the course. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality and team development.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience; private club experience a plus.
• Friendly, personable approach with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and remain composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations software.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler and alcohol service certification, or the ability to obtain both within 60 days of employment (Club will cover all associated costs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards and a positive team environment.
• Ensure exceptional member and guest experiences by anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service, proper timing, and quality presentation.
• Monitor dining room appearance, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and ordering of restaurant supplies.
• Support training initiatives and reinforce service standards consistent with club expectations.
• Handle POS transactions, cash controls, and end-of-shift reporting as needed.
