The 19th Hole Bartender provides exceptional service to members and guests at the Club’s 19th Hole Lounge, a long-standing tradition of hospitality in the clubhouse. This role requires both skill in beverage preparation and the ability to meet the physical and operational demands associated with a fast-paced, high-volume lounge environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a country club, resort, or upscale dining environment.
Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and manage the physical demands of a high-volume lounge.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working under pressure.
Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required within the first 30 days of work.
Requires weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests promptly and professionally, maintaining the Club’s high standards of hospitality.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify legal drinking age for all guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
Assist with setup and breakdown for events in the lounge or adjacent areas.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Follow all Club policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Other job duties as assigned.
