Requirements

High school diploma or GED with experience working in the food and beverage industry for at least one year.
Flexibly in schedule as it will change often.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
In compliance with state liquor laws, must be at least 18 years of age.
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.

Responsibilities

Execute service duties in accordance with Forbes AAA inspection standards and Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
Maintain knowledge of, abide by, and enforce Colorado liquor laws
Set up and breakdown table and chairs
Ensure tables are neatly and appropriately set
Place orders and serves food/beverages including alcoholic beverages
Respond to guests' needs and assists fellow staff
Bus and reset tables and maintain assigned station
Stack dishes on trays in an orderly and safe manner
Remain available on the floor to perform additional duties upon request
Clean work area at the conclusion of shift
Maintain knowledge of Broadmoor history and grounds
Maintain knowledge of Broadmoor restaurants and retail outlets
Maintain knowledge of local points of interest and activities Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
