About The Position
This position involves driving a dry van and handling freight that includes drop and hook as well as live unload duties. The job requires regular travel to various cities including Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Syracuse, Harrisburg, Richmond, Greer, Nashville, Atlanta, Mobile, Ocala, and New Orleans, with outbound routes from Michigan and subsequent routes returning to Michigan. Home time is scheduled every two weeks, with weekends at home and a 34-hour restart period.
