About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO Data virtualization, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO HAWK technologies. The TechLead requires skills in the design and development of CEP and Integration applications. Knowledge or experience on Tibco Data Virtualization is also necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java, KAFKA streaming is preferable.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional TIBCO certification(s).
  • TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above is mandatory.
  • Experience/Knowledge with cloud platforms and services.
  • Previous experience working in a globally distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle complete SDLC Life cycle i.e development, bug fix, enhancements, deployments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end integration process, from initial design through to implementation and maintenance.
  • Design and development of Complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, Development of Rules, Rule Functions, Decision Tables, Event Streaming etc.
  • Design and development of Integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, Java Programming technologies.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
