The Compliance Director for North America is responsible for managing IQVIA's global Ethics and Compliance program, focusing on healthcare compliance, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and interactions with healthcare providers. This role involves driving efforts to identify, prevent, detect, and remediate non-compliance with laws, regulations, and IQVIA's Code of Conduct across all businesses and functions in North America. The Compliance Director will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement compliance programs and support the overall culture of compliance within the organization.
