• Prior security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security to the property with a positive attitude.
• Uphold client satisfaction by problem-solving and maintaining quality service.
• Perform property tours and detailed report writing.
• Maintain strong communication with City Watch management and on-site property management.
• Respond to emergency situations and cover for disaster situations as needed.
• Collaborate in a positive work environment and maintain property quality.
• Report maintenance concerns and uphold golf cart maintenance.
• Perform proper shift pass-ons to relieving Officer and Supervisor.
