  • Create automation framework from scratch.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Propose and add value through acceleration.
  • Develop and implement large-scale Test Automation Frameworks and solutions.
  • Set up, run, and integrate automated tests through CI/CD pipeline.
  • Work with keyword, data driven, hybrid, and BDD frameworks.
  • Coordinate with client Points of Contact (PoCs) and the QA manager to prioritize tasks.
  • Provide daily progress updates to the client.
  • Collect necessary documentation from the client's QA team.
  • Mentor team on deliverables.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PlayWright and TypeScript.
  • Experience in Automation Framework Development/Standards.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and be a self-starter.
  • Experience in leading automation teams and customer-facing roles.
