Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Ensure safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
• Maintain health and sanitation across the work areas
• Ensure complete and constant cleanliness of utensils, surfaces, and cooking areas
• Operate ovens, deep-fat fryers, grills and other large-volume equipment for cooking
• Ensure all food prepared meets McDonald's Quality Standards
• Prepare food per customers' requests
• Stock, restock, and clean workstations
• Follow recipe in preparing all foods
• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and employees
• Answer questions, suggest items, and process payments
• Explain specials and meal choices in a friendly way, and suggestively sell items
• Proficiently pick up new procedures and tasks quickly while elevating customer service standards at the Front Counter or in-store Kiosk
• Have a sense of urgency towards all customers
