About The Position

The Clean Room Material Handler at Merit Medical Systems is responsible for ensuring that production operators have the necessary raw materials to perform their jobs efficiently. This role involves staging supplies, verifying labels, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the production area. The position requires adherence to gowning procedures and may involve working overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Under 1 year of related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (if on a Spanish-language line).
• Excellent dependability and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Ability to work well with others to accomplish objectives.

Nice To Haves

• General knowledge of Merit Medical's products and the raw materials used to manufacture those products.

Responsibilities

• Stage supplies for production and ensure they are stocked and readily available.
• Put raw materials in production bins for easy handling by production workers.
• Visually check to ensure that production workers have the products they need and that production bins have adequate amounts of raw materials.
• Verify the labels on production bins to ensure that raw materials are labeled correctly.
• Check and verify that materials are pulled according to specification.
• Work overtime as required for this position.
• Follow gowning procedures as typically required for this role.
• Perform other related duties as required.
