About The Position

The Hotel Valet Attendant at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Downtown is responsible for managing valet parking services, ensuring a high level of customer service for hotel guests. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license with Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) meeting hotel guidelines.
• Ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of valet attendants.
• Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Proven client relations experience.
• Integrity, accountability, and respect for others.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services while adhering to IHG standards.
• Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly manner.
• Create and plan programs that adhere to approved budgets and schedules, overseeing their implementation.
• Work closely with and assist other teams at the hotel as needed.
