This includes performing mitigation services, using professional cleaning equipment, and potentially performing light to heavy demolition of building materials. Requirements

• Previous experience in restoration or similar field preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
• Perform restoration processes efficiently and according to guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members.
• Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are left orderly.
