As a Floor Staff team member at Regal, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive exceptional service in a variety of roles, including Box Office, Concession Stand, and Usher. This position is part-time and requires weekend availability. You will be classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability, which may include variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employment. Your role will involve regular and consistent attendance, handling emergency situations, performing general cleaning duties, and complying with the company dress code. In the Concession role, you will operate the POS system, manage cash drawers, credit cards, and gift cards, and maintain concession stock inventory. You will also promote the Regal Crown Club program, prepare and clean concession equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety laws. If your duties include serving alcohol, you must complete the necessary training and certification. As an Usher, your responsibilities will include tearing tickets, directing patrons to their auditoriums, inspecting bags, managing crowd control, and assisting guests in finding their seats. You will also conduct in-theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, report any issues to management, and maintain cleanliness in the auditoriums and other areas of the theatre. This role requires you to perform under pressure and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
