Requirements

• Five years of experience as a MOS 14E in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion/THAAD Battery.
• At least two years' experience in a U.S. Army THAAD Battery.
• Subject matter expert in the employment, operation, and maintenance of the THAAD system.
• Experience with march order and emplacement drills including missile reload.
• Experience with initialization & system configuration.
• Experience with RFA drills and establishing and maintaining communication links.
• Knowledge of air battle management and air defense tactics.
• Familiarity with joint kill chain procedures and system maintenance.
• Experience in fault recognition, basic and intermediate defense design, and reporting procedures.
• Experience in Tactical Control Assistant at a U.S. Patriot/THAAD Battery.
• Experience as Tactical Director Assistant (14E 40/30) at a U.S. Patriot/THAAD Battalion.
• Experience in BN Standardizations at a U.S. Patriot Battalion.
• Experience as Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Assistant.
• PMG experience and TCO-ECS and/or TCS experience.
• Experience on the Battalion Standardization Team at a U.S. Patriot Battalion.
