Our Kelly Education Recruiting Manager is accountable for successfully leading a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize performance and foster professional growth. Developing and implementing strategic grassroots and digital strategy recruitment plans and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, leveraging various channels including job boards, social media, networking and community events, and employee referrals. Collaborating closely with recruiters, clients, and client services teams to understand talent needs and proactively address recruitment challenges. Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
