Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, leveraging various channels including job boards, social media, networking and community events, and employee referrals. Collaborating closely with recruiters, clients, and client services teams to understand talent needs and proactively address recruitment challenges. Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes.
