About The Position
The Building Principal at Lakeside Middle School is the instructional and operational leader responsible for cultivating a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment for students in grades 6-8. The principal oversees all aspects of the school's daily functions including curriculum implementation, faculty development, student support services, and community engagement. This leader must demonstrate a strong commitment to student growth, equity, data-informed decision making, and collaboration among staff, families, and the greater school community.
