About The Position

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking 1099 Installers to join our team. We are on a mission to revolutionize the home improvement industry, making it faster, easier, and stress-free for homeowners to upgrade their homes. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing home remodeling products according to our standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with management and homeowners. This role offers year-round work, paid training, and the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
