About The Position

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking 1099 Installers to join our team. We are on a mission to revolutionize the home improvement industry, making it faster, easier, and stress-free for homeowners to upgrade their homes. As part of our team, you will install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality work. This role offers year-round work, paid training, and the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
