About The Position

The Bath Authority is seeking 1099 subcontractors for bathroom remodeling projects. This role involves installing acrylic bath systems and requires skilled tradespeople who can quickly learn new systems. The position offers flexible work opportunities year-round, with compensation based on completed jobs, ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 annually.

Requirements

• Must have general liability and workers comp insurance to be hired.
• Possess a truck and enclosed trailer for transporting products to and from job sites.
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation.
• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
• Possess and be able to use necessary tools for demolition or installation, including power tools, drills, and jigsaws.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum age of 18 years and verifiable insurance.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is required, including the ability to hook up new fixtures and troubleshoot leaks.
• Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in 1-2 days using carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills.
• Adhere to The Bath Authority's installation standards and procedures during installations and services.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
• Respect customers' property and ensure the work area is clean after completing tasks.
• Wear the company uniform and observe grooming and hygiene standards on the job.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos related to installations.
• Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with necessary tools and job components.
