About The Position

Bio-Implant Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Independent Medical Device Sales Representatives to promote and sell orthopedic and tissue implant products. This role involves engaging with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, particularly hospitals and surgery centers, to drive sales and educate staff on product features. The position offers a unique commission program for motivated sales professionals with established relationships in the medical device and biologics sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of medical device or biologics experience required
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Conduct business with a high degree of accuracy
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize and plan effectively
• Display a high degree of organization
• Set and maintain call patterns in assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell orthopedic and other tissue implant products
• Be present in healthcare facility and surgical settings as needed
• Educate and inform surgeons and operating staff of specific product features
• Communicate with Distributor on a regular basis regarding progress, needs, feedback, and suggestions
