About The Position
1099 Mobile PICC Line Clinician (RN / Vascular Access Specialist – VA-CRT) Las Vegas, NV & Surrounding Areas Mantro Mobile Imaging $125 per completed PICC placement (1099 Contractor) Independent Contractor | Per-Case Engagement This is an independent contractor role for experienced PICC clinicians. Mantro Mobile Imaging is expanding its mobile PICC and vascular access services in the Las Vegas market and is seeking experienced, self-directed PICC clinicians to provide per-case mobile services. This role is best suited for professionals who operate independently , value clinical precision , and understand that contractor work requires reliability, same-day follow-through, and clear communication. This is not an employee position or training role. About Mantro Mobile Imaging Mantro Mobile Imaging is a clinically led mobile diagnostic and vascular access provider operating in a regulated IDTF environment . We support mobile clinicians with intake coordination, scheduling, and operational communication while maintaining high standards for patient safety, documentation, and compliance . Contractors are respected as independent professionals and are expected to meet agreed-upon service standards once a case is accepted. Scope of Services As a 1099 Mobile PICC Clinician , you will provide PICC line insertion services in patient homes, assisted living communities, and outpatient settings. Cases are offered on a per-assignment basis Once accepted, same-day completion and communication are expected Contractors maintain professional discretion over accepted cases and availability Compensation & Engagement Model $125 per successfully completed PICC placement Includes procedure, patient education, documentation, and same-day status communication Independent contractor (1099) engagement Flexible availability based on contractor’s schedule Field-based work across Las Vegas and surrounding areas Contractor Responsibilities Perform PICC line insertions with professional judgment and clinical competence Address vascular access challenges and line-related issues within scope Complete accepted cases same-day whenever clinically appropriate Educate patients and caregivers on PICC care and maintenance Submit accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation per agreed protocols Communicate clearly with Mantro intake and operations regarding case status
Requirements
- Active Nevada RN license OR ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with documented vascular access training
- Current PICC line or vascular access certification
- Demonstrated experience performing independent PICC insertions
- Strong documentation and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Prior mobile or home-based clinical work
- Comfort operating in a high-accountability contractor environment
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Willingness to accept on-call or short-notice cases as available
