You cover your own business expenses (job boards, tools, networking) and earn competitive commissions on successful placements. The Role: Full Cycle Recruiter – Physician Focus You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—focused on placing physicians in both locum tenens and permanent roles across the U.S. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong track record, and high-output hustle. What You’ll Do: Source & Attract Use job boards, databases, networking, and referrals to find top physician talent Build and nurture a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates across various specialties Screen & Select Review CVs, conduct phone screens, and assess fit and licensure Schedule interviews with clients and manage timelines efficiently Offer & Onboard Work with hiring managers to extend offers and finalize terms Guide candidates through credentialing and onboarding to ensure a smooth start Track Metrics Own your KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, placements Report outcomes and optimize your approach based on data Requirements ? Proven success placing physicians in locums and/or perm roles (required) ? Full-cycle recruiting experience with strong sourcing skills ?
