About The Position

FHIA, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer to join our team. We are on a mission to revolutionize home improvement, making it faster, easier, and stress-free for homeowners. As part of our team, you will help create homes that people love, whether through new baths, custom closets, or exterior upgrades. We guarantee year-round work and offer a flexible schedule, training, coaching, and development opportunities. You will be compensated weekly and receive reimbursement for product purchases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Experience with Cabinet replacement and refacing
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• Quality of work standards

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to FHIA standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
