The Beauty Advisor position is focused on providing an optimal customer experience by utilizing effective selling behaviors and ensuring all transactions are complete and accurate. The role involves maintaining the store to meet brand standards and resolving customer service issues in a timely manner. The Beauty Advisor will work collaboratively with customers and co-workers, assist in onboarding and training new associates, and advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the team.
