About The Position

Hyundai AutoEver America's HQ (Fountain Valley or Costa Mesa, depending on business unit) will be running a 12-week internship program from 06/24/2025 to 09/12/2025. Interns will be expected to work anywhere between 20 - 24 hours a week, not to exceed 30 hours a week. The Web App Developer internship is to assist with Hyundai AutoEver's Emerging Technology group.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Basic programming skills in React, SQL, Unix (other languages are a plus)
• Interest in full stack application development
• Understanding of basic concepts in web applications, APIs, databases
• Familiarity with version control tools like GitLab is a plus
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as NodeJS is a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning new technologies
• Good written-oral communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering team in implementing product enhancements
• Design, develop, test and demo React based UI components/pages
• Assist with generating monthly Ops reports
• Contribute to building internal documentation and sharing knowledge
• Participate in brainstorming sessions around the development of AI-powered features
