HAEA is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst who will be an advocate for change in our organization. The Senior Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that we stay aligned to the company short- and long-term strategy through the evaluations of SLAs/ KPIs. The Senior Business Process Analyst will be responsible for proactively collaborating with executives from cross functional teams. The success of this role will tie with the rapport developed with the various teams in the organization as a change leader. The Senior Business Process Analyst will act as a consultant for these teams by monitoring and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for enhancements in operational efficiency and to drive future business growth. This role will be involved a range of tasks, including developing business action plans, budgeting, tracking project milestones, and providing executive reporting. One of the largest initiative this role will take on is developing and enhancing our IT Services portfolio by developing a system/methodology for cataloging our services.
