About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of directly related 1031 exchange experience.
• 1-3 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in 1031 exchange rules, including forward, reverse, and improvement exchanges.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operations of a team including Exchange Officers, Exchange Assistants, and Sales Representatives.
• Oversees branch operation's profitability and implements the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitors and reports on profitability for assigned geographic areas.
• Interprets financial data and manages expenses to achieve profitability.
• Coaches, mentors, hires, and trains branch exchange personnel.
• Delegates assignments and provides development opportunities.
• Manages workflow and resolves escalated issues.
• Aligns branch goals with business unit goals and provides input to Senior Management.
• Develops new and repeat business through various channels including brokers and real estate agents.
• Maintains existing client relationships and manages all aspects of 1031 exchange transactions.
