Requirements

• Associate degree in Human Relations, Education or related field
• Previous experience in training coordinator or similar roles is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in training software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
• Knowledge in Cornerstone, Oracle, Alchemy and/or other software highly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
