About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor should lead and optimize our recruitment efforts across the U.S. This role will oversee full-cycle recruiting, ensuring effective and efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably within the CPG, manufacturing, or food & beverage industry.
• Experience in corporate level recruiting and working with C-Suite roles and global roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
