Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum of 7 years of strategic sales experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods.
• Experience working with third-party Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Account Executive.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated career achievements and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with effective follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Manage relationships with third-party Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) partners.
• Create effective and dynamic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Analyze sales data and financials to understand the P&L impact of sales decisions.
• Negotiate with Buyers and Senior Buyers in the Grocery Retail CPG industry.
• Lead and influence team members to achieve sales targets.
• Provide superior communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
