Establishes KPIs and performance benchmarks to track solution efficiency and effectiveness. Promotes automation, AI-driven analytics, and process optimizations to enhance IT operations. Ensures best practices for IT service management (ITSM) and incident response frameworks. Participates in IT risk assessments and compliance reviews. Mentors and develops Solution Architects, engineers, and technical teams. Provides leadership in technical upskilling, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Develops and enforces enterprise architecture governance frameworks. Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in IT design. Engages with executive leadership, IT Directors, and department heads to align IT strategy. Acts as a key advisor on IT investments, system modernization, and digital initiatives. Communicates architecture decisions and technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders. Establishes partnerships with external vendors, industry leaders, and peer organizations.
