Serves as a strategic technical leader responsible for defining and governing the architecture of enterprise infrastructure platforms across Dallas County. This includes core systems such as cloud environments, server infrastructure, databases, and storage platforms. Partners with technology leaders and County departments to define future-state architecture, drive modernization, support transformation initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure. Aligns infrastructure design with cybersecurity, enterprise data, application platforms, and service delivery needs. This role will design scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environment. Requires deep knowledge in cloud architecture, virtualization, storage frameworks and automation tools.
