About The Position

The HR Representative serves as a primary point-of-contact for all Company employees, providing quality support for escalated Human Resources issues. This role is essential in ensuring high customer satisfaction by evaluating employee requests, interpreting situations, and determining appropriate resolutions in a timely manner, all while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• 1+ years of Human Resource experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point-of-contact for all Company employees.
• Provide quality support services for escalated Human Resources issues.
• Evaluate and analyze employee requests and concerns.
• Interpret situations and determine appropriate resolutions or escalations.
• Communicate resolutions and escalations to customers in a timely manner.
