Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Bilingual required: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese
  • Health plan experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for members by resolving inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion
  • Ensure member satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving
