The program manager plays an integral leadership role at 100 Elk, modeling tone and culture for staff and participants and setting the tone for living by the Christian Science principles of integrity, compassion, and respect. They collaborate with the program director to ensure the 100 Elk program runs smoothly, working directly with lead instructors and staff to support participants, teachers, and chaperones. They work closely with the program director to facilitate training, oversee the day-to-day schedule, respond to participant and staff needs, and coach staff. The program manager will assist the program director in setting the tone and culture of 100 Elk by exemplifying Christian Science and supporting key 100 Elk pillars: “revealing the possibilities within” and “feeling loved and valued”. The program manager serves joyfully, communicates clearly, and responds thoughtfully to needs.
