Here at BridgePoint our Registered Nurse - RN team members provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect resident care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The Registered Nurse - RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with resident, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The Registered Nurse - RN communicates changes in resident's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.
• Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the District of Columbia Department of Health required.
• BLS Required.
• Minimum one (1) year's recent nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
