About The Position

Requirements

• A driven, hardworking individual who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Someone who has a knack for sales and can thrive in a commission based pay structure.
• An individual who can lift at least 80 pounds to shoulder level repeatedly.
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED for this position.
• At least one day of weekend availability is required (Saturday or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, customer service, physical labor, construction, warehouse, delivery, driving, moving, working outdoors, concrete work, or any other type of manual labor position.

Responsibilities

• Haul junk from various locations around the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
• Properly dispose of appliances, furniture, construction materials, and anything else you might get on a job.
• Have an opportunity to grow with the company - our Truck Team Members have a chance to become Sales Leads and earn even more money.

• An average pay of $24-$28/hr, made up of a base pay of $15 an hour, tips, and DAILY commission.
