Job Details: 1:1 Nursing in patient's home 13yr old with Tracheostomy, Gastrostomy, Non-verbal Flexible scheduling (Full-time, part-time, or per diem available) Patient-specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts : Alternating Weekends & Weekdays Saturday: (11:00PM - 7:30AM) Wednesday: (3:30PM - 7:00PM) Fridays: (3:30PM - 10:00PM) Sunday: (9:00PM - 7:30AM)
Requirements
- Some experience with pediatric tracheostomy required
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
- Must have malpractice insurance
