Job Details: 5yr old with Cardiac precautions, Developmental disability, Gastrostomy, Hearing impaired, Oxygen, Speech impaired, Tracheostomy, Ventilator 1:1 Nursing in patient's home, school and on bus Flexible scheduling (Full-time, part-time, or per diem cases available) Patient-specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts : Weekdays Mondays & Thursdays: (7:00AM - 4:00PM)
Requirements
- Experience with pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator required
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
- Must have malpractice insurance
