Job Details: 1:1 Nursing in patient's home 12yr old with Autism, Behavioral precautions, Gastrostomy, Oxygen, Seizure activity Supportive family member available 24/7 to assists with behavioral issues Part-time or per diem scheduling (Full-time cases available) Patient-specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts : Weekdays & Per-Diem Monday: (8:15AM - 3:15PM) Weekdays: (3:15PM - 11:PM) & (11:00PM - 7:00AM)
Requirements
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
- Must have malpractice insurance
