About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues
• Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
