About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager at Sally Beauty is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role involves developing strategies to meet performance indicators and financial targets while maintaining brand standards. The Assistant Manager will take on primary duties in the absence of the Store Manager, focusing on brand management, team development, operational efficiency, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication skills with team and management.
• Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
