Your responsibilities will include overseeing all store operations, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales goals while maintaining the assigned budget and controlling expenses. You will also manage inventory effectively and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect customers, associates, and store assets. As a Store Manager, you will be an innovator, role model, and coach, driving results and fostering the development of your team associates. In this role, you will also be expected to maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it always looks its best. Your passion for hair and beauty will be essential in connecting with both your team and customers, creating an inspiring atmosphere that encourages creativity and fun. Qualifications for this position include at least three years of customer service or retail sales experience, with a minimum of one year in sales management. While a cosmetology license is a plus, it is not required. You should possess a self-starter attitude, a drive for continuous learning, and a passion for educating both store personnel and customers.
