Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products to customers.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1 year of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management clearly and concisely.
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
- Can read and explain product labels.
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
