About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will support the Store Manager in all areas and be responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present. Your role includes managing relationships with vendors and customers, inspiring your team, and ensuring that every customer has a great experience. You will oversee store operations, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, manage inventory, and handle monetary transactions. Additionally, you will protect customers and associates by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and adhering to company values and ethics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication skills with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.
