About The Position
As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering customers to express themselves through hair and beauty products. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their beauty journey. This role requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with a variety of products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as a trusted advisor in their shopping experience. Sally Beauty is committed to providing you with the knowledge and training necessary to excel in this role, while you bring your unique personality and enthusiasm to the team. In this position, you will build relationships with customers, inspiring loyalty and encouraging them to explore additional and complementary products. You will keep customers informed about current promotions and events, set up advertising displays, and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Additionally, you will ensure that customers are aware of and enrolled in our Loyalty program, complete transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a professional store environment while communicating any inventory issues. You will embody and demonstrate the Sally Beauty Culture Values, contributing to a positive and engaging shopping atmosphere.
