About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment to support plant operations and material handling, performing general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning plant areas, assisting with routine inspections and minor repairs of machinery and equipment, and supporting production teams with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. Following all safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations and material handling
• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning plant areas
• Assist with routine inspections and minor repairs of machinery and equipment
• Support production teams with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
