About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. The role involves safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customers, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, and communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate delivery records and logs while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
