About The Position

The role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on quarry equipment and machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime. The candidate will operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently in support of maintenance tasks, collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders, and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose equipment issues
• Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, hydraulics, and fabrication
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow established procedures
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on quarry equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently in support of maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage
