You will be the advisor that guides them through their experience, providing knowledge and support that Sally Beauty will equip you with through extensive training. Your role will involve building relationships with customers and inspiring their loyalty to our brand. You will recommend additional and complementary products, inform customers about current promotions and events, and set up advertising displays to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensuring that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will complete transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional store environment and communicating any inventory issues that may arise.
